The Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) has officially appointed Current Asia as its Digital Marketing Partner. This collaboration aims to further establish Hong Kong as an international centre of design excellence in Asia. Current Asia will leverage its expertise in data-driven storytelling and performance marketing to deliver comprehensive digital marketing solutions for HKDC. 

The strategic partnership between HKDC and Current Asia will support HKDC’s mission to promote the wider and strategic use of design and design thinking to create business value and improve societal well-being. The collaboration kicked off successfully with HKDC’s Knowledge of Design Week (KODW) event in June this year and continues with HKDC’s flagship event, Business of Design Week (BODW). 

Running from 29 November to 1 December, the international BODW 2023 Summit brings together policymakers, business executives, and creative leaders to identify critical challenges, innovative ideas, and smart design processes driving circular design. With the theme “Game Changers, BODW 2023 will showcase over 50 speakers from more than 10 countries and regions who have made significant contributions to sustainable businesses and communities. The event celebrates people and organizations who share the common vision of a sustainable future. 

The Netherlands, internationally recognized as a leader in circular design and sustainability, has been selected as the partner country for BODW 2023. This choice perfectly aligns with HKDC’s agenda as the HKSAR Government’s strategic partner, to develop Hong Kong into an East-meets-West Centre for international cultural exchange.
